Facts about de site: Only eight kilometers away from the town of Chisec, Sepalau Lagoons are four impressive karstic* small lakes filled with crystalline turquoise waters and surrounded by a lush tropical landscape combined with amazing limestone formations. Access to the lakes is easy and there you can swim, paddle in a canoe or simply relax while enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the rainforest and its surroundings.
*Karstic landscape is a special type of landscape developed in places where limestone is abundant. Main features of this landscape are caves, turquoise waters and intermittent rivers, among others.
